here is a pic of what she looked like when I got her the swinger bearings were so bad I could tilt the fram side to side about an inch and the swinger would stay still so swapped it out with my 02 swinger and the DG exhaust sound really good surprisingly

the only things I need are a new starter and the tail light's blue and black wires need to be replaced in the harness push started it and she fired right up and ran like a top so in about a week I'll be adding a 01 se warrior in a 92 frame to the line up so stay tuned

OK guys I want some of your opinions on a color scheme

Frame-
swinger-
carrier-
A-arms-
pegs&heel guards-
Hubs-
I will be using the 01 white rear fenders black hood and tank cover and a set of black shaved front fenders with the white 01 shocks let me know and then I will do a poll on all the choices and your votes will be the deciding colors

I don't know Bones having a hard time picturing a green frame with white plastics. What about anodized red

well guys gonna hold off on painting and just throw it all together to make sure everything is good and in working order and worth doing all the fancy paint work but keep throwing paint schemes at me cause when I run it for a while and know that she is worthy of a make over we will GET-R-DONE

ordered the new starter and rewired the harness for the tail light so we will see
I noticed she has a 14 tooth front sprocket so if I remember that would give her more top end right?

plus my boy really wants to be able to go riding with me and he is doing most of the work he cleaned the frame up today before we started throwing it all together again just gonna clean up and paint the exhaust tomorrow and touch up a few other things and she should be ready to go

the only thing that won't bolt on to the 92 frame from the 01 is the cdi box so gonna have to figure a way to mount it securly as I can

Where does it mount exactly? Can you swap over the mount, even if you have to cut and weld it? You could put a piece of rubber behind it for padding and use a few 1/4 HD zip ties to secure it.

here is the mounting spot on the 01 frame

and here is the spot on the 92 frame

If I had a welder I would just cut those 2 tabs and weld them on the 92 frame but a welder is the 1 toy I don't have yet

here is how far he got tonight gonna try to finish it up tomorrow so I can take it to pressure wash the motor still have to paint head pipe and muffler paint and install heal guards and try to get the chain on it goes on if the lower roller is off but not with the roller on
