Right behind you!
K well me and my friends have a flat open feild about the size of 2 football feilds side by side. We have a backhow and a mini escivator. Our four wheelers are all race ready and they rang from a kawasaki mojave 250 to a yfz450. We just started building and we have some what of an idea on what to make. We currently made a 4' step up on the only hill and a 5' double. Does any body have any ideas of what we should build on our track. we have the shape of the track we just need jumps. Any body know of any good jumps that we should put in for these wheelers so that we dont exclude any of them in the jumps so that we can have all of them ride the track without dieing? If you have any pictures of your track post them.

I no this is kinda stupid but im bored and im suposovly the one that is in charge of making it because I had the idea to make it. I dont really want it to be my falt if my brothers 250 doesnt make it and it breaks.

Thanks,
Luke

heres overheads of the track I race at, maybe this can help you, If you are limited to dirt I would make a bunch of 20-40 oot doubles.

No we have unlimited dirt, my friend works for a construction company. O also we have a dump truck. Anyways he works for a construction company and they just let us take the dirt off of there hands. Also that track is sweet do you have any vids of you riding there.

If you're worried about your brother making the jumps, I would stick to mostly table tops. Then if he comes up short, no big deal. And you can still clear it as if it were a double.

I have two vids of me on it, but the first vid is my first time thier on my warrior so I was going SLOW, and the second vid was my first time their on my yellow z, so I was SLOW hahaha, but go to www.doublezeroproduction.com ( might need an s after the n) and look up videos from seminole tribe motocross, they have some bad ass ones.

tables are your best bet if you are unlimited to dirt..... even better if you dont have confidence in your bikes. Alwayyyssss set your lip a smidge higher than the table for kick.

20-35 foot tables give you confidence to jump further and higher so build these tables to give you a nice upward leap but still keeping the landing in respect to a lesser quads shocks.

a nice section of 2 doubles split about 15 feet apart is nice. speed jumps are always fun.

berms are the most fun part of a track next to jumps. give yourself a few berms that you can carry a lot of speed into and rail all the way out. set these up for the speeds you need.

incorporate rough terrain and whoops. thats the only way to learn how to ride hard and keep the throttle on.

heres some ideas from a few spots.

berm: long but could be deeper and higher for more confidence and speed

Last idea you might want to do is cross your step up and a table top. just have to watch for other people.

what about a set of tables that can be used as a double such as this, (please excuse the drawing quality was done in paint, and i've been drinking, not driving, don't mix those 2 things kids...)

The tables can be used as a nice double for the 450 and 350 when you get up some practice. But can be used as 2 tables for the smaller rides...

These are all great ideas we started to build and plan it out. We decided to have a bunch of berms becuase the track it kinda tight. We are also making that 4 foot double into a table top. We planed out a spot for a woop section we are still trying to put in 2 smaller doubles. Im going to try to put up a drawing of what we have planed.

k WELL HERES THE SHAPE OF OUR TRACK AND WHAT WE HAVE PLANED.

trackpreview.jpg

1= The step up (finished)
2= rythem section
3= wooop section
4 = ?
5= ?
6= ?
7= big double(finished)
8= where you start from(nothing to do)

P.S. all the rounded turns are berms. Also the track is 14-16 wide all the way around it.

I Just need an idea for what to put in 4, 5, and 6. We would like some doubles but smaller ones the question is just how big. In those 3 areas there is about 100-150 feet.

I plan on going to work on it tomarrow and i think im going to take some pics.

DAMN!!! that sounds like one BADASS track you got there man. My little track sucks! lol
Glad to see we have another rider in ohio,im near cinncy. Anyways
4-maybe a little highspeed single.
5-6 flat for highspeed :)

Make a rythem section, I wanted to cry when seminole took it out, ALl it is is a series of small, 10 foot doubles and tables 6 feet apart. It so fun!

space some doubles close and make it a fly by low-jumping section. that would really set it off

what they said.. i hit a rthym section once..funnest thing i have ever done on a track... well i mean i didnt try the HUGE doubles and tables and step ups and step downs,lol i just learnd how to ride..but it sure was FUN

Yeah ill sujest that to my friends. They decided to take over designing the track becuase they are d-bags and i want there one day so they changed the whole shape but i like the rythem section idea.
