Two pick up coils

I have a 1987 yamaha warrior I was wondering if it mattered with the order of the two pick up coils if so how do I tell tell which goes upside down and which goes right side up thanks in advance

Im pretty sure it green and yellow on the bottom aand white and blue on the top
