Are there any threads about this? What will happen if you dont do it? Ive been riding my 05 for about 7 months and havent done it? Help Please?

You only need to adjust them if they are wrong. If you are hearing a clicking noise then they will need adjustment.

Is there a part in the owners manual that tells you how to do it? Or a tutorial somewhere.

im sure there is somewhere, but im not sure exactly where. You just need to take you front fenders off and you gas tank off, there will be a cover on the back side of the engine thats the intake valve, and there will be another cover on the front side of the engine thats the exhaust vavle. Your valve adjustements should be in you owners manual, look them up. Get some feeler gauges to check the clearances. If they need adjustment loosen the nut on the rocker arm and turn the little square piece to change the clearance. Once set at the right clearance hold the square piece so it wont move and tighten that nut down. Do the same for the exhaust side.
