WANTED... Bolt for rear brake caliper

I need the bolt or whatever it is that has a large star / allen type head with like a rubber boot or something around it. Never had it since I've had my Warrior, so I'm not sure if it's a bolt or a pin or whatever, but I have a bolt in its place now woth washers and such and it just doesn't work properly. I hit the rear brake and it doesn't really try and slow down much and appears to be sort of pushing the rotor with it when I brake... I don't think it's suppose to do that. Also, I have a RAD bearing carrier on my 4 wheeler and is there any way I can find out whether it's double or tapered without taking them out to see them ? The people at RAD couldn't tell me either (it's pretty bad when you don't know what even goes with the parts you're selling). Thanks in advance.

I think the part you're trying to describe is the caliper slider pin. Your best bet is probably to go to the dealer and buy a new one, a used one might not work right anyways, they wear out and get corroded and rusted and it'll give you all kinds of probs.

Probably no way to find out what kind of carrier you have without taking it apart if the manufacturer can't even help.

i think i have what yall are looking for!!!!! i got the one that goes through the caliper and attaches to the steel plate where it bolts to the carrier...its the hex head allen one with the rubber boot... THRASHER is who first said anything so i will give him first chance and if he dont reply in about 2 days or so the first person to pm me can have it for the cost of shipping!!!! but its still in my junk caliper so u get it too like i said if he dont take it it goes to the first to pm me for FREE plus the cost to ship!
