A standard rev box isn't going to give you any performance. All you'll get out of one is hard starting and a higher potential to break down compared to the stock one. Dynateks are the only one that will be worth your time and money.

Well of course I was lookin for an aftermarket one.. And I realy don't agree with you about the starting and breaking down.. :-/

I just thought that I might get lucky and find someone on here with one for sale.. I can get them on e-bay, but they are still higher than hell..

I understand you want an aftermarket one. I don't know what you think you're going to get out of it though. It certainly won't rev any higher than the stock one, there is no rev limiter to begin with. All of the cheaper rev boxes like big gun, white brothers, and procom, are all built in the same factory in some 3rd world country. Not many of them make it through a year of riding before they crap out. And they will also give you trouble starting it cold. If that battery gets even the slightest bit drained off the peak you'll never get spark with any of the lower end rev boxes. You can have plenty of power left to turn the engine over, but these rev boxes still won't let it spark.

This is very true, if you want a gain in power the only option is the Dynatek, all the others do next to nothing, and like stated start problems from day one.

If your looking for more power, I noticed in your other thread, you didn't mention an Edelbrock carb. I think with your current mods that would yeild you the most usable and noticable hp.

so I guess its just a bigger carb?? dose it make that big of a difference with the higher compression??

It's not bigger, but the design is infinitely better than the stock one. You don't need a bigger carb on the warrior, actually bigger carbs can hurt the performance of a machine if the wrong one is picked for an application. With the smaller bore carb, you have more air velocity going through it, which makes the fuel atomize better and the machine will run faster and more efficiently. The edel is much more tunable than the stock one, rejetting is a snap, and you can tune in the accelerator pump so throttle response is instant. That's something you'll never get out of the stock carb. And it looks pretty darn good too, can't forget about the bling-bling factor.

Another thing I don't see on your list is an aftermarket cam. The right aftermarket cam and springs will make a world of difference. While it's apart for that, you could also get the head ported.

Just throwing out some suggestions, since it seems like you've ran out of ideas for new mods.

i have one of the procom cdi's from ebay and ive had it for about 5 months and ive never had any problems with it sartin or anything so far...

And now that I think about I should have also put a higher compression pistion in it to.. I don't think the 10.25:1 was enough..

You think you can post up some pictures??? how much do you want for it??? It use the stock throttle cable correct..

And for the money dose it make a noticable amount of power??
