Greetings, I have read up on the rev limiter issues a ton but can,t figure mine out. Mine is a build, and everything was scavenged. I have an 1989 Chassis, “I am told” 2005 engine but am skeptical. She ran great when I got it all together. Then began doing a 1/2 throttle and up sputter that sounds like a Rev limiter. The problem is, whoever had the chassis before me removed the parking brake assembly and clipped the parking brake off and I can’t tell which wires are which. Most videos show connecting two black wires. I have a black and a black with yellow stripe wire but connecting them doesn’t do anything. Carb is clean and good, believe this is electrical. The wire harness is a mess and I can’t figure out what to connect. Any help is appreciated!
