I just got done cleaning my 01 stock carb on my warrior. I got her all back together and now it wont run right. When i hit the gas the engine wants to die. It will start right up with no probs. I set the air poilt jet to 2 turns out just like the manual said to do. it still wont run right. any ideas?

Accelerator pump. Did you make sure the spring was in there when you put the bowl back on? Ususally the spring falls off the plunger when the bowl is taken off for cleaning or jetting, and nobody notices it.

You can see the spring on the accel pump plunger on the left side of this pic. If yours is missing and you can't find it, find a 'click click' pen and use the spring out of that, most of them will fit over the end of the plunger perfectly, and your problem will be solved.

did u mess with the nedel art all or the jetting and make sure the difram is not pinched outside of the cover or anything like that and take the piolet air screw out and make sure there is no dirt or anything in there
