ok i have a 2001 warrior. it ran ok for about a week but now if i give it over 3/4 throttle. it just falls on its face i ed the timing and cleaned the carb and the jet in it is 150. what is the stock jet size ? my warrior is all stock but the cdi box is an adjustable cdi box any one know what i can check any help would be greatly appreciated

Stock main is 145. Have you eleminated the parking brake switch at the clutch lever? Common prob.

yea there is not a parking brake on it and thanks for the main jet size do you think that could be my prob

If everything is COMPLETELY stock except for the cdi, put the stock main back in and see what happens. Check your air filter's condition, and spark plug. If you can't remember when you last changed the plug, it is usually time for a new plug. NGK d8ea, stock number is 2120.

yea the filter is clean and i just put a new plug in it im thinking about getting a white brother slip on for it this week would i still want the 145 put back in it

You will have to jet larger for the slip on. But if you will have the stocker on it for a while going to a 145 is best.

well this suck i found out what my pro was the crank bearings are out of it if i left the timing chain just a little lose it would have fire but as soon as i tightening it up i lose spark i guess it was from the bearings being so bad that it was causing it to short out or something i don't really know whats up there but i took it apart to find out i need a crank . the other week i was riding it and the key way for the balancer broke and it hit the crank and i turned it off as fast as i could and got pulled home and got it fixed but i didn't think to rip it all the way down to look at anything else well here it bent the balancer and f%^ked my rod bearing but it didn't knock or even shake the bike at all so now im goting to rebuild the motor from top to bottom wish me luck lol

Imo yes it runs so much cooler and a cooler running motor runs more efficient and will last longer
