warrior engine swap wiring problem

I recently got an 02 warrior but the engine was shot. i bought an engine off an 04 raptor 350 but the wires coming out of the left crankcase cover dont match up with the plugs on the frame. Do i need to rewire the quad?
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to swap out the stator. May have to swap the flywheel as well.
