if you put cams, big bore, oil cooler to cool it down, ported head, jetted, etcetc, would that beat a 400 ex

Dont forget also weston if the 400 rider has no clue how to ride the power he has, thats a factor to.

Theres so many factors that go into one quad beating another the best way to find out is just run them.

oh ok. i mean i plan on boring it, cams, better ehaust, better filter, oil cooler ;)(1998 lol) a bigger jet, ported head with bigger valves, also a better carb for more flow. by then i shud be either next to the 400 or slightly behind. or who knows maybe even ahead 0_o. so far my warrior has, maxxis razr 2's, +3 a arms, yfz450 front shocks, g force +4 axel, alba nerfs w stock heel guards and platform, white bros e series(have ant better exhausts in mind) and its jetted. everything else is stock.

the white bros e series is one of best pipe for the warrior .... i can beat my buddies cammed, pipe, jetted 400 all day with my stroker

Man, we have some pretty good threads on making some good power. You have a good pipe so you can remove & grind the weld out of headpipe. Have the head ported by someone reputable. I kinda like Greg @ CWR, he was very helpful when I gave him a call a while back. He can add a +1 intake valve as well. I have a Megacycle cam & people tend to like them or Web. If you talk to Greg @ CWR & like him he has his own line of cams too. If ya go through all the trouble get a good carb.
