cool i tihnk i might go get the stuff this weekend i have a friend with a machine shop that i can get to bore it for free. looks like ima have a busy weekend.

Remember to get a .25 or .50 over piston. When you get it bored bring the piston/rings in and the ring gap specs.

He could also have a wore out clutch already that is slipping bad and nothing giving any torque in 1st gear

Rockymountainatv is a good place but get a manual, it makes it so much easier

You would notice a slipping clutch, and it would be much worse in higher gears. If it's just slipping a bit it might not even slip in 1st.
