The Duel pipe set-up is cool. I would of done it a little cleaner and used real ATV exhausts. Like duel HMF's. Hells yeah! And I wonder how that thing comes apart? Looks to me like hes screwed if he needs to get that header off there.

I think a better way to do it would be to cut a few inchs off the end of the header, put a y pipe in and then run the 2nd exhaust across the motor under by the carb area then out the back. with heat shield for the carb, tank, ect.

ehh.. that weld looks like a bird **** pile and will probably snap after a few good slams.. the routing is perfect to burn your leg and hte "heat shield" will make AWESOME grill marks!!
the flow is wayy wrong.. as mentioned..

yeah but i dont know if those cherry bombs are usfs approved. haha. duneracer, do the dunes that you ride require you to have a spark arrestor and a decibel rating of a certain level

really, that would be nice. I have to run the the spark arrestor and oregon dunes has a 93dec. limit but on the positive it's the almost 50 miles long with hills 500ft tall. To bad they don't have it all open to atv travel

I haven't been tested yet, but they set up check points and test peeps. That was the whole reason I went with the FMF Q silencer and powerbomb header, I supposed to be 92dec with them. At DuneFest and other things like it they have drags and stuff, they run way over sound limit but they alow it (probably since they make so much money off it)

as far as im aware there isnt a limit on decibles here there probably is but nobody cares so many people run strait pipes on everything here they kinda ignore it lol
