I weighed my warrior the other day with a full tank of gas it weighed 424lbs.

I wanna try and save some weight cause you all know the lighter the better.

Some ideas i thought were:

durablue axle
headlights
new handle bars
plastics
aluminium rims.

thats all i could think of. any input would be nice like thats stupid only save you a 1/2 pound!!! any others ideas would be great

heel guards, plastic mounting hardware, handlebars, tires (ply), aluminum nerfs, tail light, parking brake, and go on a diet, haha.

stock nerf bars/footpegs, rear grab bar, front wheel dust sheilds, EBC lightwieght rotors, if you don't use your reverse take the lever off, remove under frame guards,

take the entire brake system off, that'll save you 20 pounds, and you'll be faster too. better leave the bumper on if you do that though ;)

oh yeah, you could take the seat off, take the fenders off, replace the handlebars with a set of vice grips (forget about mounting the throttle and clutch levers, just tape the throttle wide open, and slam gears without the clutch. ;)

/\ please notice the wink, that means i'm not being serious, so don't really do that, kids /\

LMAO just picturing what that would like!

Put the Suzuki 450 tires on! There probably the lightest tires you can get. there like 18's in the back and 20's in there front! I think those will be my next set of tires! Just the only think is, you will have bad rear ground clearence

haha o man tha'd work

well if ur ganno take the brake's off i would just take the front brake's off in live the rear brake on then u want have 2 weary about hit it 2 hard in flipin over...in then take ur front bumper off then ur front end would be pretty light...in it would wheelie alot easyer...

Did you ever hold a carbon fiber wheel? They're almost or just as heavy as stock wheels! Their real selling point is durability, not weight savings.

we all know weight savings are good, but theres really a limit on how much you can save, in stock form there pretty much gonna be at there lightest, untill you start taking off things that are necasary for ease of use, like the whole electrical starting system. get some light 2-ply tires, and a durablue axle, and shave your plastics, other than that i am not to sure what else you could do.

aftermarket swingarms are lighter i think, aluminum handlebars, lighter exhaust system, or you can go to lonestar and get them to custom make you a titanium frame haha

You will save the most in the swingarm, the LS one weighs only 15lbs!!! The stock swinger with the axle and carrier weighs a good 70lbs at least, probably more. That will be my final mod when I'm done.
