yea as long as you got a good welder and line them up good.
a welder at john deere i know well did mine for free.
i had the rolled lip rim though and itp rings. i cut the half of rolled lip off with plasma and ground flat to like a 1/2" flat lip on the rim.

i got them on sale for $20 ea. about a year ago at denniskirk.com and just recently put them on this spring. i got the 10" ring for front 10" rim
and i got 9" ring for rear 9" rim.
 
I have the OMF rings on my Douglas fronts. Douglas rims are perfect to use because the lip isn't rolled. Just weld the rings right on.

but no offence to any of yall but if im gonna have the look of bead locks im going to have bead locks...
