yep clipped a tree

also me and my friend were riding on the mx track and his handlebars snapped in half:eek:hno:

its a broken tie rod. all i can say is ouch. guess im lucky, ive clipped plenty of trees and have yet to brake anything.(knock on wood)

**** i forgot about the tierods. dead told me when i got mine that they were kind of weak, but i guess hitting a tree is a good excuse for them breaking lol.

slow down? wtf does that mean? only reason my bikes have brakes is to stop at read lights :p

i dont have to worry about red lights on the trails I ride.. the odd gate maybe.. lol

I cant keep my rear tires seated and aired up for more than like 5mins.. time for some beadlocks I guess.

that sucks aboutt eh tie rod.. at least it didnt snap while wound out.

Buddy of mine a few years back snapped a tie rod going flat out down a gravel road. the machine did an instant endo, threw him over, and then flipped in the air and landed across his pelvis. 6 mnths in the hospital, and another few months in casts etc.

now this makes me worry a bit. Theres roots and stuff stickin up, stretchin across the trails. makes the trails rough. i noted how hard sometimes a front tire hits.. not much less than hitting a stump realy. got spun and nearly tossed off the trail a few times.
