I have 87 Warrior and I'm looking to get better and longer a arms of been told and read that banshee A arms will work is that true if it's not what other alarms will work what's the best ones to get I'm not looking to spend a lot of money so I'm not gonna be buying aftermarket ones so any help would be appreciated thanks

Bryce

Lol good luck. My suggestion is to search the tons of a arm threads. There is no cheap way for 1st gens to get extended arms unless you fab a set yourself like gen1

Thanks so much. I guess if I had a later year maybe I would be in luck???

You need to either make a set, have someone make a set, go aftermarket with the combo Weston has come up with, or get a newer frame (89-04) and swap over everything else from the bike.

Thanks. There is a parts yard near me in KY maybe they have a frame.

Honestly I'm only going to trail it, and mostly slower riding so that my son can follow me.

So maybe just the shee front shocks and 660 rear.

Yea I'm going with the shee shocks. And 660 rear.
But I have bigger issues
NO rear caliper
NO shifter
I think a bad starter.

You don't want to use the SHEE fronts! They will max out the balljoint travel, and they will wear out extremely fast. Get some aftermarkets (can be found fairly cheap on EBAY). 2nd gen shocks will work much better then SHEEs.
