What do you guys do to get your motor looking so clean?
My 06 looks like it's 10 years old compared to just about everyones motor on here.
Wire brush? Special chemical? I didn't clean my quad much last year but I want to clean everything up 1 or 2x a year and its starting to get warm out here.
Thanks for any replies.

I cover mine in simple green, wait 5 mins then scrub the hell out of it with a hard brush, then pressure wash it. Still looks like an engine out of a ww2 plane but at least its clean.

this isnt the safest thing but if you put a little gas on the dirty part and turn you engine on to heat if up it eats away at it and breaks it up and comes rite off. That works on the toughest greese build ups. If you have a lot of time you can take the engine out of the frame and really get it looking nice with some degreeser.

Formula 88 and a pressure washer, I dont wanna hear no " it takes the grease out of the bearings" crap lol, My bearings are grease filled asfter every pressure wash, them elkas need speical care lol.
