Yes get the sintered pads. They are the best pads you can get other then EBC severe duty, imo.
 
sintering is the fusing together under heat and pressure of metallic particles and in the case of brakes it blends various other elements to enhance friction properties and wear life.

isn't ceramic better? that's what I use on my cars and I usually never have to replace them again
 
Ceramics are better. The only thing I use on my vehicles. And, unless a customer wants the cheaper pads, I put em on all customer vehicles. They last longer then the standard pad, generally run cooler, provide better stopping power, and produce less brake dust.
 
ceramic is indeed the best you can buy. i'mma cheap ass... i buy semi-metallics from autozone and never pay for pads again lol. they offer an amazing lifetime warranty on they're pads
