Which mod should i get?

Well since tax time is coming up it is time to add a little power to my quad. I dont know which mod i should go for. Should i spend almost all of my money on the edelbrock carb. or should i get my quad bored, ported, valves re seated, with a high dome piston.

which one do u think will give me best power gains. Im thinkin #2.

You'll probably end up getting both eventually. My 2 cents is to get the carb first, it'll make the tuning much easier when you eventually do get the other work. If you do the internal mods first, you'll have to deal with that stock carb for a while longer.

the thing that is telling me 2 get the quad bored and stuff is that yester day i rode my quad a little bit and i tried stabbing the throttle a fiew times and there is only a tiny bit of hesitation, nothing that im in that big of a hurry to get rid of.
