About 7 months ago i've bought my warrior for 350$ it's a 1990 the engine was trashed (blown stator, exhaust rocker completely jammed,leaks oils,trashed carb, camshaft very used because of the rocker,low compression 80psi......) and other things but the frame and fenders are in very good shape also good tires and rims.....

i've opened my motor and do the mods listed below :

-hotcams stage 1 camshaft
-Keihin 38mm carburetor
-wiseco 10,25 : 1 compression +1mm pistons(cylinder is currently send for oversized)
-Fmf megamax with my little mods....(added 6 others disc for more flow and more sounds) big gun was ordered but i've got this one for very very very cheap........brand new
-fmf stainless hi flow headers
-ported and polished head(will send it next week with my friends z400 heads)
-maybe cut the head like 0,10mm for a little more compression
-Clamp on filter kit (i'm currently building it myself)


the crazy thing about that is that i've never rode this ATV.....

so do you think it will have good power ??
How much hp do you think ???

i'll send pic when the project will be finished in april probably because I need to repaint the frame and others body mods

yea it'll deff have some nut... prolly be makin like 35-37hp at the wheels.... just a guess tho

HP will be around 30 which is very good, that quad will be fast, actually faster then the old stock suspention will like, but thats a whole nother ball game.
