i got a wiring harness where the cdi bolts up front. watyrs did that was it just 87 88

87-88 for sure. That's where mine is.

My 94 the Cdi is in the back.. IIRC 89 was when it changed

I think 89' was still in front to wasn't it??
Didn't they change it the year they changed the hood? (1990)

Lol sorry meant to say 89 was the last year they ran it in the front but I could still be wrong
