WTB Aftermarket Cam

Seeing if anyone on here has an aftermarket cam laying around collecting dust. Dont matter the make, I'd even be interested in Hotcams. Let me know guys.

Actually doesnt web, megacyle, and/or hotcam take a core and lower the price? Im pretty sure they do.

I heard you can grind the side the lobes are not on to get a little increase in power. I read it somewhere on here http://www.kenoconnorracing.com/ personally I don't want to try it

Haha have to give ya some ****, besides that your heads already set up for the others.:loco: I know web and megacycle do. Still trying to do a budget biuld that just got a little tighter recently. Im over on bluetraxx looking to and some other sites im on. Wish I could have gotten a deal like verndawg did, hes getting one for $35.

35 bucks! damn. So what size you looking for? Is ur head set up for the bigger ones like the .430 and .450. Personally i think that is to big. I think dean has the .430 if im not mistaken

No its not set up for them, thats the other reason Im considering hotcams. Basically just looking to compliment bumped up compression and bore. Like I siad I think my budget for this is going to be alot tighter, so Im in the market for a deal on a cam. Then if the deal on a cam required springs and retainers so be it for money save on a cam.

Bumpin this to the top. Yes I know about 91warriors cam, Im just afraid it might be to big for my biuld. All aftermarket cams Im interested in. Getting ready to start the biuld now so Im needing one soon.

Just let me know if your ever interested, I am thinking of calling megacycle and see if i can send them my cam for their smaller one, i am trying to build my engine for the most torque and do not care about top end performance. If you read JasonP's thread of switching from a webcam .390 to a megacycle .450, it will give you a great idea how it will act.
