It might be easier to fix/modify the one you have. I bought 2 on ebay and both arrived bent. Then I went to a reputable used parts warehouse and they sent me the wrong stem. They gave me my money back but they didn't have a good stem to send back. At this point the stem was the only thing holding my build up and I was getting a little frustrated. So I took my bent stem to a machine shop and they cut out the entire middle section of the stem and welded in a brand new section that was 1" longer. Now I have a +1" steering stem that cost me a case of beer and less than 1/2 hour. It would have saved alot of my hair had I just done this in the first place.
THats a good Idea i know some people round town that work in machine shops maybe I can get some help from them. I just know that my warrior has a mad vibration at the handlebars and everything is good in the front end and I got to looking at the stem and it is twisted a bit.
