Well I got a video you need to see. Check it out and let me know what up guys think! And what my problem is. It seems like the fly wheel is almost stuck in that position. here is diagram of starter clutch. what you have been describing sounds like part #9 (one way bearing) is bad. your gonna have to pull the fly wheel and check it out
 
Yeah it will start when I pull start it. But it won't start automatically like it should. I checked out the fly wheel to see if it was spinning and it wasn't spinning at all. It was trying to but it wouldn't. Making me think there is broken tooth in the starter clutch not grabbing the fly wheel and spinning it. What do you think?
 
Like Bones said; starter clutch dude. You gotta order 6, 8, & 9. And if it were me; I'd get #1 as well. Definitely dont order just #9. You need to replace them all as a set. Need a gasket & flywheel puller as well.
