Ive read and read on this topic, and nothing seems to help.
I've tried going step by step threw the manual as well with no luck. The manual seems to differ slightly to my quad. Here's the info i've gathered so far:
98 Warrior 350cc
*WONT start with the push button
*will start by jumping the poles on the "Starter Relay"
*I've replaced the Starter Relay, as well as the Start button assembly
*the manual says the BR and Rw wires are for my start switch. i cannot get continuity threw theses and the start button, I get correct continuity threw the RW and BLACK wires.
*When i turn the key i can hear one of the relays under the left fender Click.
*in the manual it shows that in the start button harness there are TWO plugs. Mine is only one plug with 6 wires in it.
* i have noticed that there is a Black wire under the headlights (where the start button harness plugs into the main harness) that is looped together. is that a possible problem?
*there is a green/yellow wire plug in main harness location (by main plugs under headlights) that isn't connected to anything.
i'm more then happy to take pics/vids of anything if it'll help
at this point i'm unsure where to go from here in solving this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks guys! :atv:
