YFZ front hub swap?

Ah crap.. I just realized I posted this in the wrong section. Oh well.. lmao

Anyway I was piss'n around on another forum, and came across a thread about swapping YFZ 450 front hubs onto a YFM..

Is this possible without modding anything?
What would the advantages be, other than the dual piston calipers?

That other thread didn't have much info, but I thought it was a cool concept.

Can you use the stock lever/master cylinder with the 2 piston caliper? Or would I need the YFZ unit..
