4 sale Engine cases, crank, tranny etc...

Hey guys, bought a crank off DeathShadow for $80 along time ago to rebuild this bottom end. Since then I have bought a Rappy 660. I will sell the whole thing together for $200 or will part out the pieces you need. The cases have no damage anywhere. All gears are perfect. Oneway Bearing is...

    Tining Chain

Take the timing chain sprocket cover off and check for slack. If chain is not tight then they may not have installed the cam chain tensioner properly, or the spring is no good! Take it off and undo the top bolt and pull out spring. Push the adjustable lever fully in. Then reinstall onto...

    Still wont start

If you have an aftermarket clutch, look behind your lights in the pile of wires. I no longer have my warrior but i think the wires you are looking for are black/yellow and a black?? Connect them and that should solve the parking brake sensor problem if they are not already connected. If it came...

    Still wont start

Have you checked the compression? If it starts with a push and continues to run the one would have to think its the electrical system somewhere! If the plug is good, coil good, starter solenoid good, cdi good , voltage regulator good, new stator and no chewed wires then I'm baffled. Ive heard...

    magneto

Once you tighten up that thing on the crankshaft to specs, reach under the flywheel and you should be able to spin the oneway, oneway, and it should only spin oneway. If it spins oneway your good to go!

    magneto

When you put that big slip on tube looking thing with spleens on the inside, that goes on the end of the crankshaft and tighten it up to torque specs you should be good to go. I recommend tighting it up to specs before putting on the stator cover and then check to make sure your one way bearing...

    EBC rear brake pad question.

I have never tried them so I can't say for sure if they fit. If they are selling them for the warrior then they should fit. When you installed the pads did you completely compress the piston into the caliper? If not, do so and that should do it!

    Selling without title?

I would part it out on ebay. Take it apart, clean all the parts real well and take close good pictures. You will get more than selling it whole! You can sell the frame with a notarized bill of sale and that will enable the buyer to get his own title.

    My new 2002 Raptor 660

Got a great deal, hubby nosed it up and brought it down onto a rail and bent left upper aarm within first 10 hours of riding and never rode it again(wheel is pretty out of line). He just rode it up and down the street and did some burn outs. Never seen a trail. That's what the wife says. They...

    Raptor 660?

The high center of gravity has been a concern for me aswell. Most people say it just takes some getting used too and that I will love it, hopefully they are right! I won't be parting out the warrior for at least 2 weeks to give me a chance to see if I like the Raptor. That's one of my favorite...

    Tight chain

Dude, buy a manual. They pay for themselves($25 or less) the first time you use them. There are 2 long bolts that go through your bearing carrier. Loosen them. At the back of the bearing carrier there are 2 more smaller bolts that adjust the chain slack. Loosten them, adjust chain to have about...

    Raptor 660?

Hey guys, I am thinking about buying a used Rappy 660. The prices seem to be falling on them since the 700 came out. I have seen some pretty good deals out there. Any experiences or thoughts on the 660 please let me know! I believe they had some issues during the first couple years of...
