IF someone could help me please. I just had the whole top end done and now there is a noise coming from the bottom end. It sounds like maybe the timing chain my be stretched or something not sure. I only makes noise when going at 30mph or above when I hit a bump it grinds or make noise from someplace. It is a 1999 warrior and runs and still love it.

Take the timing chain sprocket cover off and check for slack. If chain is not tight then they may not have installed the cam chain tensioner properly, or the spring is no good! Take it off and undo the top bolt and pull out spring. Push the adjustable lever fully in. Then reinstall onto cylinder. Then insert spring and bolt tight to torque specs. Check to make sure both guides are seated properly aswell when you take off cam chain cover Let me know if you need another tensioner.
