    Control Arms Discussion

Looks like I’m riding these stocks till they fail lol. Discontinuing parts with a welded ball joint is criminal…

    Control Arms Discussion

Yeah, personally, I prefer how the stock A-Arm stance looks. I’ve seen some really nice stanced out builds, but like you said, upgrading all A-Arms, new shocks, and extended rear axles is about how much I paid for the bike if not more and there’s a bunch of other stuff I’d rather do right now lol.

    Control Arms Discussion

Hey guys, As part of my restoration, I'm looking to replace (upgrade?) my upper and lower control arms. As a Toyota guy, bad ball joints haunt my nightmares... It seems right now my only options to buy new are Ebay Specials, or +2s. Is there anyone who sells quality stock length A-Arms? I can't...

    TRANSMISSION NOISE?

Thanks! Can’t wait to start restoring it. I’m gonna pull the clutch cover this weekend or next. Did some research on pulling these things apart and they’re a lot simpler than I thought. Never worked on ATVs but I work on my truck all the time so I should be able to handle it.

    TRANSMISSION NOISE?

Yeah I’m gonna pull both sides do some inspection, but thanks for the tip! Can’t wait to get back to restoring this thing.

    TRANSMISSION NOISE?

Lady said no work done on the clutch. She said its sounded that way for the last 4 years. She said if I have any issues with it to let her know and she’ll get it rectified. Very nice and stand up family, kinda one of the reasons I bought it off them. What about getting to the flywheel bolt? Any...

    TRANSMISSION NOISE?

Thanks for the advice. Do I need to replace any gaskets if I do this? Or can I just put the one’s I took off back on? Normally I would replace any gaskets I take off, but I just spent all my money on it lol, so will need to wait till I can buy those to do so. Thanks!

    TRANSMISSION NOISE?

Hey guys, just bought my first Warrior. Might have made a mistake. 2004 Warrior (with the original tires on it, so I thought it must haven’t been ridden too much). I’ve noticed this not good grindy type noise coming from the transmission. It makes it in all gears, but is only really noticeable...

Mechanically clean, cosmetically a little rough. But, IMO, cosmetic stuff is the fun stuff.

    New Guy

that’s what I was thinking. He said it doesn’t get ridden much either. He’s including a fresh battery (the 04 needs one). If it was your money, which one are you picking up?

So, unfortunately the guy with the 97 never responded. I wen’t and checked out the 04, and it was pretty solid. Started right up, sounded good, rode good. Has some cosmetic damage here and there, tail light was busted, missing plastics screws in a couple spots, and the suspension was a little...

These are the two I’m looking at. The 04 has a red frame, not sure if thats factory or not. Family owned for the last 4 years. The 97 is the second owner, looks very well taken care of.
