Looking for decent wiring harness for my 96 Warrior; Its been so badly butchered, by previous owners, that the wires have heated so much, I can't even have the wires soldered ... >:( I also need a solenoid... I know that some of the years have different connectors, for the alternator...

Finally got the bike to run properly; Dave's input on the clutch stuff was extremely helpfull. Thanks again! (That clutch gave me a friggin hard time!!!) So; Barnett clutch, up & running with extra steel plate, new tie-rods& tie rod ends all over, new wheel bearings in front, New brake pads...

Just looking at this post, and now i think I understand why my clutch is slipping, even though I put in a brand new Barnett package c/w springs. To put the extra steel plate, where would you put it ? Also, I did not find any spring plates in the assembly, when I took it apprt, and only found...

Thanks a bunch WC77 !!! Thats what I was looking for, as for the clutch I think I found the problem; when I took out the clutch, there were no clutch boss springs in the assembly so I put in my Barnett thinking no other parts were needed ... Went to go see on a microfiche, and saw #17 ...

So, today, I finally put the quad on the trailer, to try it out; After installing the new Barnett kit with HD springs, and new tie-rod ends on the direction (Besides all the other stuff I did which actually works...lol...) I was going WTF??? The clutch still slips big time, even after...

Couple of pics of the YFM... Went to pick-up the parts; Will be installing them today... New Barnett clutch & gasket New clutch perch new wheel bearings & seals new X ring chain new 14-40 sprockets new 20X11X9's (Dominator's) New brake pads all around... Just waiting for my oversize...

Hi , Just bought my first ATV, it was a cheap deal: 1K$ 96 Warrior 350; The engine's in bad shape, but nothing I can't tackle! The engine smokes big time, and the clutch slips, ehhh, it doesn't slip, it dosn't grab, PERIOD !!! it even slips in first gear... The rest of the bike is clean...
