CWR 400 big bore kit

-I was sondering if the CWR 400 big bore kit for the warrior need crankcase machining to be istalled ???

-Does somebody in here use one of those kit ? if yes some feedback about it would be nice

Yes it does, they install a bigger sleeve it's an 89mm bore and comes out to 401.3cc. You might be able to do the crankcase yourself.

I don't think it's all the expensive but it doesn't make any sense to go that deep if your not going to stroke it.

ok so how do I do the crankcase machinig ? Using a dremel ?? I don't really know anything about that

i just figure i'll throw it into my 1990 motor and keep it for ice racing this winter so i'll just have to change my cylinder head for my cam and porting job.
