this was the first cdi that i have installed.when i got it it was missing.

im not waning to text he cdi per say just wanting an accurate measurement of volts coming from the cdi box and the stator while the engine is turning over.ive seen stators measure with in spec but still not produce what is needed.

i tested that but how many volts should be coming from it when its cranking over.jus to be sure everythings working.i tryed to hook my voltmeter up to the wire that goes to the coil to measure volts but with out nowing how many should be there it reallty does no good.

i received the cdi but still no spark.looking at the wiring diagram im supposed to have 4 wires coming from the stator to the cdi. i only have 3.is this wrong.during inspection of the wiring i found that two wires are crimped together.should i leave this alone or cut them apart and add another...
