changed the plug to be for i drove it

also when it idles it kinda revs up and downs a tad and then will rev way down some times die some times not just rev back up

What size jets did you settle on? Have you checked your float height?

45 pilot 152 main float height is set to 22.5mm is what keihins site says it should be at

Back down on that pilot one size and see how it goes. Have you done a plug reading?

its looking way better now be for it was pitch black now its got like a coffee color on the edges and slightly black in the middle

Yeah it sounds a hair too rich still. I'm taking it that is what the plug looks like at idle.
