That wouldn't be th whole reason why it's acting funny all the sudden would it (the neutral safety switch)... Or are you still thinking carb problems? I'm gonna check it out here soon. My work schedule is funky so I don't really have much time to do it through the week...

That switch dosent affect how it runs.

I had a bad neutral switch on mine once and the only thing it did was make the push button not turn the motor over and I had to cross it over to start it. It didn't effect how it

I pulled the old plug out to check it...it was a little dirty (black) but not really too bad....i went ahead and replaced it anyway. seemed to be running better without the bogging down that it had been doing. i did find out that this warrior has been bored just .10 over....with such a small mod, do you really have to change anything else around...for instance the exhaust or jet it, or anything like that?

alright...didn't really think so...but was unsure...and i have no idea why they even wasted their time only boreing it just .10 over...doesnt really seem worth it to me, IMO. what would be the best way to get a little bit more performance out of this warrior? I'd really rather boost the bottom end torque, and get up to speed quicker over having top end speed any quicker..

Look into a cam upgrade. Or you can drop a tooth on the front sprocket for faster acceleration but you'll lose some top end.

alright...a little update here...and question....so far, the carb looks good...and the gas flow is good...went out riding yesterday (trailing, climbing hills, all the good fun stuff, lol) for about 3-4 hrs, and the warrior was running great the whole time...then of course, on the way back, opened it up on the straightaway, and bam, there it starts to run like poo again....i did just recently find out that on the stock exhaust that is still on quad, the guts inside of it have been removed...ive heard that can screw up the way it runs? is this correct? could this possibly be the problem? again, i'm not at all very atv mechanic savvy...lol
