2001 Warrior 350 problems

Whatsup everybody, i got my warrior in christmas of 2008. About 5 or 6 months later, the stator went bad. I bought a new stator from moose racing. Then, about 2 or 3 months later, the fuse burned up, and about 3 or 4 days later, i went riding and suddenly turns off. when i tried to start it, it made a really bad noise in the transmission. When i send it to the mechanic, the main gear lost about 5 tooth, the starter lost 3 tooths, the shaft broked in half and the crankcase broke where the shaft goes. Can anybody tell me what could be the problem of all these electrical things? Thanks.

sounds like you have more of a problem with mechanical things than electrical? when you replaced the stator did you not have one of the bolts tight enough and it rattled loose and got in those gears?

ya broken gears are mechanical problems man check stator

maybe it got something into the gears cause when it turned off suddenly started to do a rattling noise. i dnt think is the stator cause is brand new

tear it apart and see already ahahaha!
