2006 road yfm 350 mods

Hi, i have a yfm 2006 350, which is totally standard apart from changing from thumb to twist grip... im looking at power mods, or atleast derestricting it, ive been told that there could be things to remove in the carb, or the exhaust, is this true? any help or ideas on how to? also anyother mods that i can do without taking the engine apart, more bolt on?

K&N filter, cut the airbox lid and buy a good pipe (HMF, yoshimura or the like) You'll need to rejet your carb though.
