350 warrior clutch problem

I have a 98 350 warrior and when I put the quad in gear and I hold the clutch, it doesn't free up the motor, it's like the clutch isn't even pulled in. The clutch lever is extremely tight and I have no idea what it is. If you could give me some insight on what it could be, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Turn your fine adjuster ( on the clutch lever) to the left. If it's backed all the way out then look at your cable near where it meets the motor, you will see a Very long nut next to a normal nut ajust that accordingly ... But the fine adjuster should do the trick

I tried that. Still not working, could it be the plates or spring?
