39mm fcr carb too big

do you all think it's too big for a warrior that only has an aftermarket exhaust and k&n airfilter?

stock mcpuny is 36mm.. i figure the carburetion of the keihin fcr to be better to the point where even at 39mm, it'll still function better off idle..

anyone have any experience?

I haven't ever used one, but I personally think that carb is too big for a stock engine. I would assume that a port & polish and a larger cam are needed in order to benefit from that carb.

the 39 is to big for the stock warrior motor but the 37 works great
