hey what should i trade my recon for??a 02 blaster or a 02 400ex??i know this might seen like a no brainer but i need a second opion,which is a better trail machine?which is better at wheelies?? which is a better overall quad

I would get a 400ex, I never ridden a blaster but i have ridden a 400ex, it was good on the trails, good for wheelies and i think its a good overall quad.

definatley go with the 400ex, they say the blaster is the "best" at wheelies on some sites, but once you hit about 5'8" you start looking like an ogre riding a matchbox car. Its very small and you will quickly outgrow it and be disapointed. My friends got one and I laugh at him every time I pull up on my warrior next to him and see how funny he looks on it.

since you cant get the ex, the blaster isnt a bad quad at all. for around 5-600 bucks you can get the 240 kit for the blaster which will bump your hp from 16 to 31. atleast that is what i have read.

OK dude If your a big guy like me DONT get the blaster... trust me its so small and light you would be going up hills and it would be flipping the whole time... but if ur not as big as me and want a wheelie machine then the blaster is pretty good... and this is coming from me who just rode a blaster yesturday and hated it

But IMO id say go with the 400ex because its bigger and heavier then the blaster... and better in 97% of the ways... the blaster is just to light for me... but then again thats my opionion
