Ok I have a 87 warrior 350 and is as no spark tested and replaced the stator, coil, cdi and the flywheel. I have also replaced the main switch and key switch because they were broken. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Might have a worn spot on a wire, grounding to the frame

ok i will check em thanks for the help hopfully i can figure this out

I had the same problem a month or two back I had actually crossed the two lose wires coming off the stator because they were different from stock color

Green to brown
Brown to red

Since my stator was aftermarket the wire colors weren't the same.

Hope your problem is as minor as this good luck!

This won't help your prob but hang onto your original "bad" cdi. If it wasn't bad it is expensive on the first gens I believe
