88 worrior with 96 worrior engine

whats up guys my little bro traded for a 88 worrior 350 the person he traded with said ti had a 96 engine on it it does not hace spark im thinking he put a 96 engine on it and left the 88 stator and pick up coils and the flywheel and harness im stuck with what to do as i just picked it up from my little bro

not sure if i need it or not my problem is that idk if it was swapped to a 96 engine and i cant find a way to tell if it was or if it is still the 88 engine

All of the 87/88 ive owned had full black engines

What numbers are on flywheel? 435?

E3T-435 is it but is there any way they might have swapped the engine and put that flywheel on the engine instead of a 96 flywheel or would that matter ?

Thats a 88 flywheel.

and on the engine i have 2XK-011224 and 1UY00 is there any way to use those to find out the year or somthing with the engine ? just trying to get to the right dereaction with this project so im not spending along time trying to figure out what parts to buy kinda new to the quad lifestyle always rode dirtbikes

You have to call dealer. Engine wont matter as long as your flywheel matches all your electronics. I have tons of wiring harnesses and flywheels. You can swap to any year as long as you swap to right flywheel

okay well i have the correct flywheel then so i need to just have the correct harness and stator and pick up coil and cdi and ignition coil correct please correct me if i leave somthing out or if im wrong all the help is appreciated

And rectifier. I have a full 88 harness here if you need any pics or parts to help you out. Only thing i dont sell is stators incase they arent 100% working

yes please send some pics i just bought a used one from a buddy of mine so im going to see if that works and i guess it leads to the cdi or ignition coil rectifier or withc ever order that goes
