97 warrior, clutch issues

I have a warrior, I replaced the clutch because it was completely burnt up, now when I start it it’s automatically in gear and starts rolling, even when I let go of the clutch it doesn’t disengage, I’m not sure what’s going on, any help would be appreciated

Your clutch is put of adjustment and not broke in.

Also if you did not oil soak the clutch overnight it will not last long at all.
