can these be adlusted if so how

On mine there is a little adjuster thing at the bottom that you can turn. Basically would say it's like a spring tensioner and just adjust the rebound on the spring. Mine's an 02 though so it could be different?

stock shocks are only preload adjustable

you can stiffin them by turning the preload at the bottom

But I am pretty sure you need a special wrench to do it. I like mine in between Soft-Medium.

before i had the wrench i used channel locks
