Hey guys,
I have a 98 warrior and I have been lately taking it to a pit down the jersey shore. when I hit jumps after awhile, it will just die out on me. my dad and i were looking at it, thinking it might be an electrical issue and we think we found what it was. theres some wires next to the rear grab bar and once we shook them it fired right back up. it ran nice the rest of the day but it seems like everytime i go to hit a jump it eventually dies out. any help with this would be awesome.
also, can anyone give me dimensions for nerf bars? im trying to get an idea for what they will look like. if you can just give me how big they are and size of the actual bar would help.

thanks guys..
Steve

If you are landing hard it is the fuel sloshing around in the bowl. I will cause it to bog out and will pick back up after a secont mine does it to.

Maybe the CDI connectors are loose or corroded, check them out. Or maybe one of the wires back there has stripped insulation and is grounding off the grab bar.

A common trouble point for the warrior's wiring harness is where it runs along the right side of the rear subframe. The wires have a tendency to short out and break in this area. Take a look there, and see if the insulation on the wiring may have worn through from rubbing against the frame, as it often does.

thanks for the help guys! it has been running pretty good for awhile, shut off acouple times last week but was able to get it back up and running
