AC Racing rear bar wont fit with Stock Exhaust

I bought a AC Racing rear grab bar and it wont fit with the stock exhaust on my '95 Warrior. Does this seem right? Can I only use the stock rear grab bar with the factory exhaust?

well i run a FMF powercore pipe an AC rear bumper. and my pipe is a lot smaller than stock, and also, it has a 1 1/2" hanger to support(lower) to the pipe. The stock pipe takes a lot of space up. OR! just grab a big f-ing hammer and just swing away! ;D ;D ;D

could u post a pic of how its sitten and show how it an't workin it would be easier to say what up then
