i adjusted my valves according to my manual and now it ticks more then ever but at first my feeler gauge wouldnt even fit under in between the valve at all so maybe i need a new feeler gauge any input guys on whats gauges you are using
 
Really, wow that's what it sounded like. Did you have it at TDC are you sure it was the compression stroke? That's all I can think of, but somone here will have the answer, this site is full of lots of knowledgable people.
 
ah maybe it wasnt at top dead center didnt do all that lol just jumped into it
 
lol ya i adjusted the valves wrong will fix tommorow i didnt even do top dead center lol got to lay off dat crack lol thanks though been awhile since i did valves
 
ok today i corrected my valves 0.13 on the intake and 0.15 on the exhaust because i have a stage 1 hotcam but i still hear valve tick is this normal let me know thanks
 
yupp. value tick is fine and especially once you get that aftermarket cam in there.
