air scoops

i know someone posted about this already but the pics are gone and no real info is there on it ...

anyone had any luck with making air scoops for their warrior

im in the middle of making some , but want to see pics of others

i know there is a few on here that have them can u post some recnt pics of them > thanks

Teamexile usta make them and sell them and I have a two sets left. Mussoritrialrider has dips on the one and the other set is the first prototype that I used on my first warrior. Heres some pics.

There's a bunch more, just need to look.

hmm ... so they dont attach to anything on the bottom....

there was some on my old race 400ex i almost pulled them off to put them on my warrior i think they look sweet esp. with sponsor stickers

I found this picture I believe here and kept it for future references in case I wanted to do something like the air scoop. From other pictures I saw here it looked like the used some type of strap to brace the bottom of the scoop.

hahah, *dibs. Yeah, there is an aluminum brace that goes on the bottom that is rivited into the scoop, I cant seem to find any extras odf those though. He started making a bunch of these but gave up because people said theyd buy them and never did, so he made more scoops then he made braces, But I threw on a set on the other warrior I traded for the YZ and it didnt have the barces but worked just fine, made of thing metal. /The mount to the bottom gas tank screws. I think He still has his templates so I could possably make some more. Ill have to get him to sign on and tell us more. The pic on the green carpet is the same ones. There is better pics of them on here where you can see the bottom brace, just do some snoopin round/

just fyi on my old warrior i had them and the lower brackets are not really necessary unless you just like the look of them. i may put them on this warrior with brackets tho just cause i like them

Oh, also, these wont work with the IMS tank.......not that anyone else on here beside me has one. hahah
