Alright, this is stock except for a slip on. Carburetor had never been off until this problem started. It would not idle with the choke off, and if I gave it any gas it would go pop pop pop until I let off the gas. After messing with the carb, it will now idle w/o the choke but it will still pop if I give it any gas. I tried to jump it with a starter box, because I had a bad battery, Did I fry something? CDI, Coil, Voltage regulator? It has always been a champ, and this is the first problem its ever had. Thanks in advance.

That sound like the parking brake is stuck causing the rev limiter to engage. Check the parking brake and the parking brake switch on the handle bars
