my uncle has worked on bikes all his life and has done many warriors, he told me after lookin at it for what seems like ever, that i need a new pulsator, has anybody heard of one? because i cant find one thing about hat anywhere online
is there another name for it?

That being part of the stator you would probably be better off replacing the entire thing.
